At Verelle Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely in love with your jewelry, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window: You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or store credit.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. For hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@verellejewels.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
